Before you Begin TODAY you're going to have to give Me TOMORROW!

The Father says today,

"Come close to me and I will come close to you. Slide over, tuck yourself beneath my arm and let's have a conversation. You have been sliding on the smooth and unpredictable surface of this world's worries for long enough. Today you will lose the doubt, and strap yourself into Me. There is so much talk about tomorrow, but I want to talk to you about right now, this moment. I am with you always, but you have a tendency to let your long lists of tomorrows bog you down and then you can't get anything done. I have a solution for that, says the Father, right now. Today you will reach across the tomorrows, the future forecasts the promises of seasons and new eras and embrace Me.

"Before you begin your today, you're going to have to give me your tomorrows. You got yourself so busy, planning for your future that you forgot about time with Me. I am jealous for you and I crave time with you- I mean it! The order of these days has been busy for busy sake- what are you so busy planning, when I already know the plans I have for you. I just want time with you. I want a conversation with you and not a one-sided conversation either. Today together is what we have- a heaven on earth moment between us today and I don't want to wait until tomorrow. I desire time with you now.

"Right now, at this moment you are noticing My presence. I am available to you now, you only need to draw closer and you will see the solutions you are after. I am not a taskmaster, cracking the whip and ordering you around. Today, you will find that rest and work go hand in hand. You can say no, to the litany of lists, Beloved and simply enter into a singular day with Me. Today, you can quit the roller coaster ride of unknown tomorrows, come to Me today, and discover more time. When you come to Me first, I give the added bonus of time. Sometimes that extra time is for your rest, not so you can do more work. Work then rest, work then rest is the rhythm of your heartbeat, stop fighting the natural order of things. The world wants to give you a heart attack- I am giving you a way to care for that heart! Come closer to Me! Today!

"Whatever they hold, your tomorrows are in my very capable hands. I know what they hold- I know the plans! You only need to DO what is before you to DO today- but first, come even closer to Me. I have strategies for your day, I have more than offerings, I have some Love to give to you. That's it- LOVE! You need love to see you through your day and how are you going to get to the Love unless you come to Me? How are you going to give Love, unless you take it from Me? Take from Me TODAY all that I have for you; give Me your tomorrows, I will hold them for you", says the Father.

Move your heart closer and closer to God, and he will come even closer to you. James 4:8 TPT

Listen, those of you who are boasting, “Today or tomorrow we’ll go to another city and spend some time and go into business and make heaps of profit!” But you don’t have a clue what tomorrow may bring. For your fleeting life is but a warm breath of air that is visible in the cold only for a moment and then vanishes! Instead you should say, “Our tomorrows are in the Lord’s hands and if he is willing we will live life to its fullest and do this or that.” But here you are, boasting in your ignorance, for to be presumptuous about what you’ll do tomorrow is evil!

So if you know of an opportunity to do the right thing today, yet you refrain from doing it, you’re guilty of sin. James 4:13-17
