Don't be stubborn, it's the NEW THING!

Updated: Jan 8, 2020

The Father says today,

"Walk with me today and let me guide you further into your destiny. No one but I know the plans I have for you. Many well-meaning people parade around believing they know the plans of others- it is up to you to come to Me and make sense of My words over your life- divide the word for yourself so you understand what I am really saying. I do have plans for you- future plans, but let's talk about the plans I have for you right now. Right now, I want to see you clean and wearing a new wardrobe! The old has passed away and now see the unexpected and the new shiny promise before you! Work with those who will work with you. You don't have to muscle your way in, I will make a way for you. I will open the door for you and we will walk in together. I won't let anyone close that door on you. You are going to have to trust me. I am the gentleman upon your arm, says the Father, and I want to take you somewhere new but I don't want to have to drag you kicking and screaming.

"Today, look at me and not the memories. It is time to shake the dust off your feet, wash your face and put on a clean set of clothes. The shame of your past is long gone, it's time you stop dredging it up. It is filth to me, and the memory splatters on your new clothes. I love you so much. My promises are coming for you, every single one, and they are new every morning. Just because the season has changed doesn't mean my plans and purposes for you have changed. I am the same God who gave you those first words of promise. I am the same God who led you into the enemies camp and gave you full access to all of the spoils! I am the same God who delivered you out of your enemies' hands. It is not part of my plan to put you back there again. You are free, so be free! The only difference you have to concern yourself with is that I am giving you more and greater things. The enemy really messed up when he came at you because now your portion of promise has been multiplied. Refuse to let the enemy talk you out of your resolve to believe yet again that you are forgiven. Trust me, I've got you covered!
