I'll See You in the Garden

The Father says today,

There’s a private place reserved for the lovers of God, where they sit near him and receive the revelation-secrets of his promises. Psalm 25:14 TPT

"Sometimes in order to dig up treasure, you have to get a little dirty. Dig deep today. You are about to unearth some treasures that have been hidden in darkness. The fallow ground has been made ready. I want you to look through the debris of what the rains revealed. The winds are coming to remove the idols from the land. Look in your own garden first.

"Sometimes sentiment alures you into holding onto something or someone that you shouldn't. Be rid of the trinket- be rid of the idol- it will do you no good and leave you feeling with even less than before if you keep it. Look in my eyes and let go. I have so much more for you.

"You are entering a new season, enter it with open hands and open arms. Your adversary is a master manipulator, and takes the things of this world and entices you with an exaggerated copy. Look deeper into the matter and investigate the facts- what are you holding onto really and why isn't it me? The answer is simple- your adversary is threatened and in great danger when you simply trust me. Look at the idols of exaggeration he has brought you recently. He is threatened by my promises for you and has hand-delivered a grossly embossed promise by strategically undermining and exaggerating my plans for you. These idols aren't like the little carved images- they are thoughts, they are memories, they are old fears they are exaggerations of my promises with the primary purpose to create confusion and hopelessness. You will have your promise. Let's shine a light on that thief and see what lies have invaded your promises.

"My gifts aren't stressful, but they are restFUL--they won't make you depressed but will bring you JOY (Proverbs 10:22). My promises are pure and tested- FLAWLESS! (Psalm 12:6) I do not cause confusion, but bring peace and harmony (1 Corinthians 14:33) While the world and your adversary is screaming Hurry up! You'll be late! You're going to miss it! It's not enough! ...I am in the garden waiting for you. Come to me today. I have a gift for you," says the Father.

Isaiah 57:14-15

Comfort for the Contrite:

And it will be said:

“Build up, build up, prepare the road! Remove the obstacles out of the way of my people.” 15 For this is what the high and exalted One says— he who lives forever, whose name is holy: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.

Proverbs 3: 5-8

Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make. Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go. Don’t think for a moment that you know it all, for wisdom comes when you adore him with undivided devotion and avoid everything that’s wrong. Then you will find the healing refreshment your body and spirit long for.
