On the 13th Day of Christmas

On the 13th Day of Christmas, I heard the Father say,

"Have you ever considered who baked the loaf of bread that I broke on that day in the upper room? Or have you thought about the person who plucked the grapes and crafted the wine we shared? I have. Just because you are behind the scenes does not mean that what you do is less important. Your hands, your voice, your ideas, and even your very presence hold within them a unique and original signature. You are an original and I enjoy that about you! I designed you to be like Me- a creative!!! My days working with wood were not days of dread- I love working with My hands, I created you didn’t I?! I look at you and see Myself and remember fondly those days on the earth. But now, I get to work with you, and that is what I was after all along!

Isaiah 64:8 TPT Yet still, Yahweh, you are our Father. We are like clay and you are our Potter. Each one of us is the creative, artistic work of your hands.

"Work with Me, now, because every good and perfect gift comes from Me! Those gifts are in you. Go play in your sandbox and try something new. Try trusting the creative force of My presence on the inside of you to inform the art you choose. You are My masterpiece and each time you try something new, you add a dimensional perspective. You can’t go wrong by trying. I am the creative force behind the poetry you speak each day you live, or the music you make that rises resounding - I love working with you under those conditions!

Romans 11:29, NIV ...for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.

"I long for you to create. As you do, you are subduing the earth using pockets of color that when released, explode into an array of infused heavenly inspiration that not only promotes more artistic expression in others but releases captives to become like freedom foragers. Judgment stops the flow. Stop judging your art and let it go Beloved. Life themes overtake and dislodge the corruption by the enemy that perverts the purity of what the art of My creative force is intended to do- CREATE!

Exodus 35:35,NIV He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers—all of them skilled workers and designers.

"Breathe in every color and see the contrast between your thoughts and my thoughts made more vibrantly clear! I have given you some fresh ideas. It’s time to lay down your opinions about those ideas, pick up the pen, the paintbrush, or whatever instrument you are using, and let lose the creative force of who I am on the inside of you.

Exodus 28:3 ESV

You shall speak to all the skillful,

whom I have filled with a spirit of skill,...

A scientist is no less creative than an artist-think outside of the lens- pull back and then pull in close- change your perspective. There are answers of a healing magnitude- life bringing and visual sound bites just sitting on the shelves of heaven’s dispensary waiting to reach the storehouses on earth. Beloved, it is time you dip your brush in the pallet of heavenly thinking- What is the intention of art if not to encourage, strengthen, and comfort? Is that not the same requirements of a prophet? Go forth in prophetic unction and paint the world Beloved, declares the Father! You will see My hand paint the sky - a rainbow in winter, a contrast in colors to show you what happens when heaven and earth greet each other. I am as close to you as the colors you choose," says the Father.

Philippians 4:8 AMP

Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].

I could keep going! Oh Lord, you are so good!

This morning the Father had me take two of my oils, Frankincense, and Myrrh and then he asked me to find a gold necklace. I have a gold necklace I inherited when my grandmother-in-law passed. He spoke to me and asked me to anoint the tip of my head and the soles of my feet. Then he asked me to put on the gold chain. I usually choose silver to wear. I find it uncomfortable to wear something so shiny and bright.

Jesus spoke to me and said that I didn't believe I was worthy of such a gift. He was right! I never choose gold for myself, it seems too valuable to wear. Next, I read the gifts the three Wisemen took to our Savior when he was born. The gifts of the Magi were representative of wealth=gold, incense (prayer)=Frankincense, and death-Myrrh. I realized that as I was receiving these gifts, I was receiving more of the Lord. I was receiving more of who He is and that He is worthy to be worshipped and blessed and loved. I have received the gift of His death. I have received the gift of His sacrifice upon the cross- the most fragrant offering.

To receive a gift of gold has to do with provision. My God will provide for all of my needs through Christ Jesus, and according to His riches in Glory. And just what are those riches? Jesus!!! I am not even sure I can articulate what happened, but I received His gifts as He received them from the Magi. Christ in me, the hope of Glory!!! I received the truth, that whatever I need, Christ is the gold fired without mixture or impurities. He is the purest and most complete answer to our needs.

Colossians1:26-29

..the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ. To this end I strenuously contend with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me.

May the Father richly bless you and increase your comprehension of how vast His love is for you! I have heard the statement often, "Christ in you, the hope of glory", but today I understand it differently. May my testimony encourage you to receive the gifts our Savior gives to us this Christmas season and every moment- from glory to glory!

In Jesus' name!
