Discerning the Times:
I received this vision on April 6th, and its full meaning today, April 22nd, 2020.
Two weeks ago the Father gave me a vision. I was wide awake when I received this vision.
I saw a Lion on the east corner of our property, just outside the corner. The Lion was majestic, strong, and fierce. He was intent and did not look away from my property. I knew immediately that the Lion was God- The Lion of the Tribe of Judah. I asked the Father, Why are you outside my borders, and why aren't you on the inside?
He answered, , I am watching over my people and I have drawn a boundary line around each one of my Beloved. I am watching over the boundaries of all of my people. I saw this just didn't include my property, it included wherever the people of God dwelled- every city, every state, and every nation.
Then the vision changed. No longer was there a Lion but a strange and bizarre-looking creature. This creature had the head of a peacock and the body of a brown bear, its color was vibrant periwinkle blue. It could not get onto my property. But when I doubted, it suddenly ran at me and I was face to face with it. It was almost touching my nose, it was that close. Then I had another vision.
This time I saw an offroad all-terrain vehicle drive out of control, cross onto my property, and leave a scar across my property. The driver was careless, drunk, and blasé about having left scars on my property or crossing my boundaries. He shrugged off the damage he had done to my property and said, What's the big deal, man. The vehicle entered from the west to the center of my property. I was awake the entire time.
For those who have ears to hear and eyes to see:
The peacock is a symbol of status, beauty and vanity. When I interpret signs and visions I use the Bible for my interpretive lens first. In the Bible, every three years the ships of Tarshish- the MERCHANTS- would bring riches which always included peacocks to give to the King (1 Kings 10:22, 2 Chronicles 9:21). In Job 39:13, we hear a description of the beauty of its feathers. It isn't bad to want to look beautiful- the truth is you already ARE beautiful!
The peacock was periwinkle blue in my vision, which means mixture: a mixture of what looks like divine truth (violet, the heavens, the third heaven) mixed with man's understanding (light blue, earthly realm or 1st heaven). We are hearing from two distinct leaders, one that is speaking from God's perspective and another who is speaking from a merchants perspective. The merchants, through certain government voices, are saying that it's time to stretch our wings and make ourselves beautiful and make ourselves rich. Our President's first witness was to remain home and that it was too soon.
I hear the Father saying, "It isn't time to step out of the soaking baths yet- your oil treatment is not yet complete. Esther would pile her hair upon her head while she was still soaking in the baths of preparation. Look at your heart? It is changing into gold. You are the treasure I seek. I am your merchant's ship bringing you gifts from afar. Wait on me, you will not be disappointed."
The bear. In 2 Kings 2: 19-24 we learn that two she-bears came out of the woods and tore forty-two of the children who had been mocking Elisha.
The mocking spirit came after Elisha had healed the water for that city so it could prosper.
The people of the city said to Elisha, “Look, our lord, this town is well situated, as you can see, but the water is bad and the land is unproductive.”
“Bring me a new bowl,” he said, “and put salt in it.” So they brought it to him.
Then he went out to the spring and threw the salt into it, saying, “This is what the Lord says: ‘I have healed this water. Never again will it cause death or make the land unproductive.’” And the water has remained pure to this day, according to the word Elisha had spoken.
Elisha Is Jeered
From there Elisha went up to Bethel. As he was walking along the road, some boys came out of the town and jeered at him. “Get out of here, baldy!” they said. “Get out of here, baldy!” He turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the Lord. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the boys. 2 Kings 2: 19-24
Good morning my dear friend. Thank you for this timely word. I accept it and I believe it.
Our governor has opened up our state to many businesses. Also, there has been a mocking from many in govt. yesterday, I understood something as I wondered why some things in govt were happening. I will share this at a later time. Thank you for sharing this word.
