You are like Jerusalem to Me

Yesterday we learned that one of our dearest friends, a brother and a grandfather to our daughters finally left us to be embraced by the Father. He was one of a handful who demonstrated Christ's words, "I will never leave you or forsake you." He has been true to his word, and still has not forsaken us as he joins our cloud of witnesses. As I sat with the Father at 1:30 am, I prayed in the spirit for almost an hour, watching the moon and the clouds swirl about. At one point the clouds swirled into the perfect form of a single eye. I closed my eyes, determined to press in even more deeply. The Holy Spirit was settled within me as I opened my eyes. The sky was clear and so came with it this word. Be more blessed.

The Father says today,

"I am proud that you have made it through the fire of refining and never looked back. I know it was painful, but now you have emerged unscathed. You will do even greater things because you are no longer trying to guide the unruly beasts of burden. Your guilt is gone- as far as the east is from the west. You will now see the fire spread around you like a firepot in the woodpile. People have tried to move you, they have tried to remove you illegitimately from the call I have placed upon you and the land that I have given to you- Beloved I have made you an immovable rock! Those who try to remove you cause injury to themselves.

"Stand firm then. Don't look left, don't look right but keep your focus on Me, says the Father because anyone who comes against you will see that I have a watchful eye on you. I will respond on your behalf immediately. I am not going to let anything harm you. You will declare once again that this land is yours, and you will sign the contract that reads owner-occupied. You will see my hand move upon your behalf as the unfinished things become finished and the fruitless trees produce a harvest. Life and life and more life will fill your land. I am pouring it out on you even now: clarity of thought, strength in your muscles, oil on your joints, and the resurrection of those fresh and creative ideas of yours.

"By the very hands who robbed you, I will multiply the blessing. Soften your heart and rise again, make your forehead like flint and stay focused My rock and be not shaken by the rumors of wars and the illnesses upon this earth. Have I not sent my word and healed you? Be healed from the theft of last season and speak again, the honor is yours! Stand upon the rock and speak to the storms in your life, practice makes perfect and your adversary is providing ample opportunity for you to excel in your calling. While you were perceived as a victim and as impaired from the persecution, you have actually emerged noble and strong like King David!

"You are unshakable and unmovable in your faith. Storms may come but you will remain intact in your place. I have witnessed you grow and mature, I will see to it that you do the thing you have been dreaming and succeed. Be strong and courageous to walk where you were called to walk from the beginning. This time will be different, for those who have been set on destroying your life will realize that a move against you, is a move against Me. The same love I have given to you is available even to your worst enemy so keep your heart soft, I will save you every time. I see you. I have already gone before you- the way is clear, the land is yours, says the Father.

“In that day I will make the clans of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, and like a flaming torch among sheaves [of grain]. They will devour all the surrounding peoples on the right hand and on the left; and the people of Jerusalem will again live [securely] in their own place, in Jerusalem. The Lord shall save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem will not be magnified above Judah. In that day the Lord will defend the people of Jerusalem, and the one who is impaired among them in that day [of persecution] will become [strong and noble] like David; and the house of David [b]will be like God, like the [c]Angel of the Lord [who is] before them. And in that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. Zechariah 12:2-9 AMP
